2. Custom, Bulk and Made-to-Order Items

Certain products — including custom-formulated, made-to-order, or bulk/industrial quantities — may not be eligible for cancellation once production or packing has begun. Any such restriction will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Refunds

Where a cancellation or eligible return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Approved refunds are typically initiated within 7 business days of confirmation.
• The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us at support@wilber.co.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and supporting photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition not attributable to us;
